ABOUT ME

Resilience is the core of the human spirit.

For over 40 years, I have worked in industry and the community, providing a link between the home, school and the workplace. My experience varies from working in education to working in hospital social service in oncology and psychiatry, community work and private practice. I have been an Associate of the Argyle Institute of Human Relations since 1999 and work both in private practice and as part of the team of therapists offering community services.

Women’s issues have always been close to my heart. I was privileged to be one of a core group of women that opened a shelter for women in abusive relationships and their children in Montreal in 1989.

Human nature is to resist change. Fear of the unknown is universal. Change is powerful and empowering. You can find your inner strength to get past your limiting decisions, your negative emotions. This will help you to:

  • Find the root cause of what gets in your way, take your learnings and grow
  • Improve your sense of self, to improve your relationships and to improve your quality of life, both personal and professional
  • Breakthrough the barriers that are in your way

The process is a catalyst to increase self-confidence – go from procrastination to motivation, increase focus, productivity, work and life satisfaction.

A Breakthrough is a process to help clear what is in your way. So you can get what you what from life and be the best that you can be!

As a Social Worker,  Individual, Couple and Family Therapist (MFT), and Psychotherapist, my work is focused around helping people lessen the load when life becomes burdened. It is about exploring what you want to change in your life to create the life you want. In a supportive, caring and safe environment, rapport is established.
